What PAYMENT METHODS do you offer?
We offer the following payment methods:
- credit cards (Visa, Master, AMEX)
- PayPal (Express)
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Klarna
Which service provider is responsible for SHIPPING?
Shipping is carried out by our parcel service partner GLS and is free for you within Germany. The delivery time is 2 to 3 working days. We also deliver to other countries. Please see the table of countries and fees HERE. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email with the tracking number. This way you can track the shipping progress of your package.
what are your RETURN conditions?
If you would like to return your order, you can do so free of charge within 14 days of the invoice date. A prepaid return label is included in the box for this purpose. Please note the following information:

Please fill out the return form and report your return to us by email: service@club-of-quality.com
Please tell us the item number of the returned item and the reason for your return. You will then receive a return number from us.
Note 2
Place your return item together with the return form in the original box and attach the return number provided to you in a clearly visible place on the outside of the package.
Note 3
Please stick the prepaid return label on the return package and send it to us. We ask for your understanding that we cannot accept postage-paid packages and shipments without return numbers.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and refund the purchase amount to the original payment method.Please note our general return conditions:
The return policy only applies to items that are unworn, unwashed, in perfect condition, with no tags removed and in their original packaging. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Processing of your return and refund may take up to 8 days after receipt of the package.
EXCHANGE
We ask for your understanding that exchanges are not possible. Please return the order and place a new order in our online shop.
CANCELLATION:
You have the following options to revoke your contract declaration:
1. DECLARATION OF CANCELLATION BY RETURN
Your cancellation notice is deemed to be automatically declared if you return your order within 14 days, as explained above.
2. WRITTEN OR TELEPHONE DECLARATION OF CANCELLATION
After receiving your ordered items, you have 14 days to send us your cancellation notice either in writing or by telephone. After you have informed us, we ask you to return the items within 14 days
